Use the ISU Claim system to request a reimbursement
How can I access it?
Sign-in with your ISU account on https://claim.isunet.edu
Use the short version of your username (Firstname.Lastname) - not the full email address
Once connected, you can review and validate your actual dataset.
- Select "My Claims" - " Add an New Claim" in order to submit a claim.
- Select the related program
- Select " Add A New Expense"
- Fill the required fields
- You can add multiple expenses per claim
- To Submit your claim, click on " Freeze and Review This Claim"
- Finalize the Claim.
Your claim will be processed by the Finance Unit.
