Getting access to the new Filemaker service.

Windows user

Search for the FMPro1-PROD app available on the ISU Apps server

MacOS user

From The "Microsoft Remote Desktop" app; search for the FMPro-PROD app

If the FMPro-PROD App is not listed, please refresh you Apps collection.

Opening you preferred database

 First time, you need to

• Get on "Favorites"
• Click on "Add App"
• Click On "From Hosts..."

• Find the database
• Press "OK"

Re-accessing you database

Simply look in either "Favorites" or "Recent" from the "File" menu

if the database you need is not listed, simply point on "File"- "Hosts" - "Show Hosts"

Select the "FMServer-Prod" under "Local"

Search the database you need from the list. Click "Ok"
