this Doc will help you to use the Cosmos auditorium
Press Start to begin :
If the Beamer is off, click on "Start"
Turn on this computer (if not already on) and sign in with these credentials:
username: .\SSP21
password: #ISU-Cosmos-2021
Turn on this TV too ( If the lecturer is in Strasbourg )
Turn on this computer (if not already on) and sign in with these credentials:
username: .\SSP21
password: #ISU-Cosmos-2021
First Case Scenario : You are joining a zoom session
hosted by GRX or ONL
If there is a presentation switch the view to side-by-side Speaker:
Second Case Scenario : You are hosting a session in
SXB
Sign in with these credentials:
username: Sun.Zoom@live.isunet.edu
password: #Z00m$8om8-%7
All you are left to do is Share Screen ( Check share sound) and you are good to go
