Check the 'Username' associated with the Badge on the Header of the Display Screen of the Printer Home Page
Visit https://support.isunet.edu/support/tickets/new and submit a new ticket mentioning the incorrect associated username
Wait up to 24 hours for the IT Ops Team to process the request and send a notification
Visit Printer, scan badge, and add ISU Login Username and Password
Login on nearby computer connected to ISU network and open file explorer and in address bar type \\print2.isunet.edu and double click ISU_Printer to connect
