Show Multiple Time Zones in MS Outlook

To add a time zone to your MS Outlook client calendar display, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to File>Options the Options window will display.
  2. Select “Calendar’ on the left-hand side of the options window.
  3. Scroll down on the right-hand side showing the calendar options and find the “Time Zones” section.
  4. If your time zone is Australian Central Standard time, select “Show a second time zone” and add the details for Central European time as shown below. Otherwise add the Australian Central Standard time zone shown in the first calendar time zone shown below.

You are also able to show another time zone if you require.
