Step 1: Go on Outlook on Office 365, click New Message (if you don't see it like the screenshot, you must switch to the New Outlook in the right corner).
Step 2: Select the "Show From" option.
Step 3: Klick on the From field and select "Other email address".
Step 4: Select the name of the Group you are a member of and you want to send an email. If you do not see the mail you are looking for, please submit a helpdesk ticket.
