IT SECTION
- IT - Start the projector and audio system
- IT - Check the mics batteries
- IT - Start the CAMERA computer. Start OBS, the camera control software and connect Zoom to https://isunet.edu/Sun - Login with ops.zoom@isunet.edu - This computer should be the host
- Enable participants sharing
TA SECTION
- TA - If using presentation computer: Start the presentation computer, download the presentation from Teams (Mission Control / 2-TAs / 5-Core Lectures) - use ssp23-staff@live.isunet.edu to login
connect it to HDMI, connect Zoom to https://isunet.edu/Sun and share screen on the presentation computer (make sure to share audio)
- TA - If using lecturer computer: Start the lecturer computer and connect Zoom to https://isunet.edu/Sun and share screen on the lecturer computer (make sure to share audio)
- TA - Start the ONL Participant computer and connect Zoom to https://isunet.edu/Sun
- TA - Start the return screen computer and connect Zoom to https://isunet.edu/Sun
