ISU is using a soft phone system based on Cisco WebEx provided by SFR Business
It allows your to call mobile and land line phone using an application on your computer and/or mobile device.
Please follow the instruction below the get all set:
1. Activate your account:
You should have receive an email from SFR Business titled: "Personnalisez votre mot de passe Espace Client Utilisateur"
Please click on the red button, it will redirect you to a webpage.
The link is only valid for 12 hours. If you missed this time window, please refer to: 3. Reset your password
Click on "Mettre à jour maintenant" or "Update now":
You should now be able to login to your user profile at:
https://www.sfrbusiness.fr/espace-client/portail/#/ufe
You can manage some options here and get access to the address book.
2. Install Cisco WebEx:
Go to:
https://www.webex.com/downloads.html
Click on the download link for your platform.
or example if you are using a ISU Windows laptop it will be:
"Windows 64bits" or in my case on MAC: macOS Intel chip.
If you do not know what platform to use please open a Ticket on support.isunet.edu
Once downloaded, proceed with installation.
Launch the program, it will ask you to get access to your microphone, camera, contact. Allow it.
Click on sign in:
Sign in with your ISU email address
The below screen should appear, if not please, apply the following procedure: Remove a public webex account
Provide your ISU eMail address as the username.
The password is differrent from your ISU staff account and has been set in a prior step.
You can now enjoy your new Softphone system:

3. Reset your password:
Go to:
https://www.sfrbusiness.fr/espace-client/portail/#/ufe
and click on "Mot de passe oublié" or "Lost Password":
Type in your ISU email address:
Ckeck your email you should have received an email with a code:
Type in or copy and paste the code.
You can now set your password.
