Using the meeting room (3206) - AV system

TABLE OF CONTENTS


Do NEVER unplug any of the cables
Bring your AV adaptor to connect your laptop to the HDMI cable

Setup

You will find:

  • A monitor + remote + HDMI connectivity
  • A 360 video-conference set (OWL-3) with USB-C connectivity


Connect

  • Start the monitor (input HDMI 1) with the remote
  • Connect your personal laptop to the Owl via the USB-C cable
  • Connect your personal laptop to the monitor via the HDMI cable
  • Switch your laptop display accordingly


Start

  • Start your preferred Meeting App (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex are supported)

Sources

From your Meeting App settings (example on Google Meet),

  • Select the Audio IO accordingly

  • Select the Video source accordingly


IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Bring you HDMI adapter if needed
- Do NEVER unplug anything

Leave the room in the initial conditions!

  • turn off the monitor using the remote control
  • disconnect carefully the cables and leave them on the table
  • bring back with you all your personal belongings
  • clean the table if needed
